To attend the Oregon NORML Cannabis Cafe, you must satisfy the following requirements:

1. Valid Oregon ID: We accept Oregon Drivers Licenses, Oregon Identification Cards, or Voters Registration Cards as proof of identity
2. Membership in the OMMP: We accept current OMMP (Oregon Medical Marijuana Program) cards, copy of your application packet stamped and dated by the Oregon DHS, or a signed receipt from USPS Certified mail or FedEx Confirmation slip showing that the DHS received your packet.
3. Membership in Oregon NORML: We accept current Oregon NORML Membership Cards, a current receipt, or you can join Oregon NORML at the door for a $35 annual membership.
4. Membership in the Cannabis Cafe: We accept current Cannabis Cafe Membership Cards, a current receipt, or you can join the Cannabis Cafe at the door for a $20 monthly membership.
5. Cover Charge: There is a $5 cover charge per visit to the cafe. You can go outside to smoke tobacco and get back in by showing you stamp, but otherwise, if you leave you will be charged an additional $5 to enter.

Examples:

If you are new to Oregon NORML and have never been to the Cannabis Cafe, you will need $60 at the door. $35 for an anual Oregon NORML membership, $20 for a monthly membership into the Cannabis Cafe, and a $5 cover charge.

If you are an existing Oregon NORML member and attend our bi-monthly Cardholders Meetings, but you don't have a current Cannabis Cafe membership, you will need $25 at the door. $20 for a monthly membership into the Cannabis Cafe and a $5 cover charge.

If you are a current Cannabis Cafe Member, you will need $5 at the door per visit. You cannot go home and return without paying an additional $5 cover charge.
